Access to the website
The monflamant.com website allows free access to explore various offers of adoption (see general terms and conditions of sale for details).
The website is accessible free of charge in any place to anyone with Internet access. All costs incurred to access the service (IT hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the person accessing the website.
Only website users who adopt one or more flamingos, and thereby become members, can access a private space reserved for them.
Non-members do not have access to the reserved services. To receive access, they must register and subscribe to adopt by filling out the form. By agreeing to sign up for the reserved services, the member undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information about their civil status and details, particularly their email address.
A member is responsible for updating the information provided. It is stipulated that a member can modify their information by connecting to their member space.
To access services, a member will need to identify themself with their username and password, which will be communicated to the member after their enrolment and which are strictly personal. Therefore any disclosure is prohibited. Otherwise, the member will remain solely responsible for any use of their username and password.
Members can request to cancel their membership by going to the dedicated page in their personal space or by sending an email to: contact@monflamant com. The cancellation will become effective within a reasonable period of time.
In the event of non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and/or use of the monflamant.com website, we may suspend or even close a member’s account after there has been no response to an electronic notice.
Any deletion of the account for any reason shall cause the deletion of all the member’s personal information.
The monflamant.com website shall not be liable for any event due to force majeure which results in a malfunction of the site or server, not including any interruption or modification of the website for maintenance. In such a case, the member agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
