A food lover, his stomach guided him to Italy where he discovered a new style of cooking that he’d heard so much about from the Adventurers Family. He not only settled down in this beautiful country, he also changed jobs. Now he knows everything about making pizzas. His specialty is pizza with all the works (mollusks, shellfish, larvae, and algae), but in honor of his homeland, he also makes the surf and turf Camarguaise pizza topped with shrimp and bull sausage.
Behind Rico there’s a flamingo wearing the ring FSNS, born in the Camargue in 2005, and who has travelled over 3,900 kms.
