This is Pat, who’s quite attached to where he lives!
Behind Pat there’s a male flamingo born in the Camargue in 2005, wearing the ring FTJS, and who has travelled over 2,700 kms. His motto is: “Why go somewhere else when you have everything you need at your fingertips?”
Pat can’t get enough of “his” Camargue, as he calls it, and zips around from lagoon to lagoon. But don’t imagine he’s lazy. He attaches great importance to being seen out and about. With more than 400 sightings in all, Pat is a real star!
So, keep your eyes peeled, because you may just cross his path during a visit to Pont de Gau or the Aigues-Mortes saltworks.
